9:15. Five mile tempo run with S. Graham. 5:05, 5:07, 4:56, 4:52, 4:51 for a total time of 24:52. Felt absurdly good toward the end. Weather was perfect, ran shirtless. Three mile warmup, three mile cooldown (interrupted by a bit of hurdle work).
4:30. 8 x 200m [2:00] with S. Jefferson. 30.1, 31.3, 29.7, 29.5, 28.7, 29.8, 29.0, 29.2. Felt easy, in part because the rest interval was way too long.
Sleep: 7.5 hours + 1 hour
16.5 miles in two sessions.
