9:15. Mile repeats at Hayward with K. Broderick. 4 x 1600m [3:00] in 4:33.4, 4:29.1, 4:29.8, 4:29.6. Felt much stronger than I did two weeks ago, but missed the prescribed pace (4:24) on the last interval. All in all, a decent workout. Twenty minute warmup, fifteen minute cooldown, hurdles and upper body weights, then ten minute jog back to the apartment.

11.5 miles in one session.
