17:00. Met Lawrence at the Brewster track, expecting an easy day after yesterday's unnecessarily hard effort. Instead, Lawrence took me through the Ice Pond trails at near threshold pace, with pickups on each of two 500m hills. Fortunately, it didn't last very long, so to make seven miles I added on a couple miles around the cross country course.
